Maki Manufacturing designs, manufactures, and assembles a large range from simple to complex components

made from raw metals and plastics through to the finished product, from blue prints, sketches, drawings, electronic files,

or sample models.


We use MASTERCAM programming (Current Version) and CNC Machines (mills and lathes).

Our Quality Control Manual
outlines our steps for maintaining precision workmanship

Your supplied drawings, specifications, sample model, and/or catalog criteria will be used to control the technical requirements of your product.

The Job Traveler and the OEM will follow your product for identification and quality control from the your purchase order through receiving of materials, manufacturing, each inspection, stocking, packaging, and delivery - traceable to your receipt.

 Inspection of first articles will be delivered with your product.

The services that Maki Manufacturing, Inc. does not offer are sub-contracted to highly qualified facilities to complete the job.  All outside services will be per the Customer Purchase Order and be accompanied with full certification traceable as required.
